Standing on a corner with a sign that says need money for college tuition. Good idea?

So I have been looking for a job for 3 months now but have not been able to get one. So im thinking about going downtown and standing on the corner with a sign that says need money for college tuition, any help would be appreciated. I think this is actually a innovatie idea that has not been tried before and could yeild some good money for college in the fall. What do you people think? What should i wear? I was thinking about wearing just some cargo shorts with a polo and some tennis shoes. Would you donate money? What are your opinions and ideas on this idea? Any comments are welcome bad or good! Thank you for your time.
 
This is not a good idea.

Some communities/municipalities have ordinances against panhandling.

This has been done MANY TIMES before.

I don't think you'll "earn" enough money to make any valuable contribution to your college fund.

I would not give you any money, especially if you're dressed in a polo.

That's what I think.
