Standard VGA Graphics Adapter out of date?

Hello, I just reformatted my computer to Windows 7, 32 bit and when ever I try to play games like Crossfire, or League of Legends, it says that my video driver is out of date or something like that. So I try update it and it said that I have the latest version of the driver? And I'm pretty sure that 2006 is not that latest version. Can someone please help =D?
