St55 No Ring Tone

i have st55 Tmobile.no sound in ring tone,i check the speaker is ok.
is this software problem? how can i fix this,please help me

and mr Goran_cro is this buzzer way or speaker way..? I have a pb with buzzer..no sound in ring tone...speaker is oki..
