I'm making pulled pork today... so I looked on the internet for a
recipe. Should I use Taylor Florence's version? How about this one?

You know how it goes, poke around the site a bit and you find more
yummy stuff like this

Thanks sf! I've saved that one to try. I wonder if cooking it in a
crock pot would be the same?

I'm thinking chicken thighs. Yum!

I'm the same way! I have a bunch of them in the freezer right now.

The meat/bone/skin ratio on the thighs seems to be one of the best for
chicken. I take the skin off before cooking them in most recipes. I
save it in the freezer and cook it up for broth later.

Most crock pot dishes, I remove the skin. I find that for me, it makes
most recipes taste a lot better without the skin. I'll use de-fatted
broth to add more flavor instead of using water.

I think they would be stewed rather than baked in the crock pot. Use
a cookie sheet in the oven. :)

I think you're right. Stewing in the crock pot won't give the flavors
as much chance.

I don't get it. Barbara is the first one to always pooh-pooh sriracha
whenever the subject comes up and here is she is slobbering all over
this recipe.
