Sri lankan/Indian vegan cooking?

I need some help with Sri lankan vegan curry. My mom passed before she could teach me how to cook. I rreally miss her cooking. Anyways I need instruction and recipes.

Specifically
chickpea curry
spinach curry
and tomato curry or eggplant curry
