currently the honda ct110 (postie) has 15t (OEM) sprocket at the front and 45t (OEM) sprocket in the rear. i was consider replacing the front to a 16t in order to get a higher top speed and reduce it revving so much at 80km/h. also i am considering trying to retro fit or get a custom sprocket for the rear 42T or maybe 43T, to compensate for the lost in acceleration due to the increase in the size of the front sprocket.
