as you know its winter and im training a head of time so i can be better than everyone else, or atleast try to. anyway i go to the gym and normally workout, and i have ankle weights. but my problem is that i can run faster than the tredmal topped out. and i cant sprint outside for a few more months. so what kind of exercises should i do to work my quads, hamstrings, adducters, abducters and hip flexors.my gym is a kinda small but i got room to jump&tucks if that helps, anything will help me. websites would be great thanks.
