M Mike New member Jan 27, 2010 #1 I'm 5 foot 9 and 142 lbs. I squat 305 and bench press 180 and I'm 14 years old. I think I'm pretty light though. So my question is: As a 400 - 100 meter sprinter should I just continue to lift and get bigger? Thank You
