S sydd New member May 2, 2010 #1 I was doing a 300m sprint, and I felt a pain in my hamstring. I was still okay to finish it, but after it just felt different. I can walk fine, but im scared to sprint. Should I continue to run on this? Let me know what you think! thanks.
