Sprint says I'm eligible for an upgrade, but it hasn't been 2 years?

You ARE eligible for a discount. Sprint offers upgrade discounts at 1 and 2 year intervals. If you wait until your two year mark, the discount will be greater. Not sure about you being just under the 1 year mark, though.

Either way, in order to get the discount, you need to sign up for a new 2-year contract.
 
It says I am eligible for a 150 dollar discount or sprints nationally advertised price, but I got my palm pre at July of 2010? We are on a 2 year agreement. And, it also says offer expires april 16. Is this a mistake or what?
