I have an HTC Evo 4g that is falling apart, and I need a new phone. I am told by both Best Buy and Sprint online that I am not eligible until October for an upgrade. However, when I go to buy the phone through bestbuy.com and click upgrade, it shows the 199.99 price. My question is this: If I buy it for 199.99 online then go and get it activated, am I going to be charged more?
