Sprint Phone on Verizon's Network?

I've searched and searched, and came up with different answers... Has anyone successfully activated a Sprint phone on the Verizon Network. If so, how, and how much "cash" did it take to give to the Verizon employee? Thanks in advance for any answers!

Also, is there a way to do it on the Verizon Website?

It's not a question of cash. Sprint phones can not be turned into Verizon phones, period. Alltel or Cricket phones can though.
