We recived a Sprint Personal Hotspot PHS300S. But for some reason It keeps bouncing me to the Sprint no connection bounce page. it says:
"You have attempted to access the Internet without connecting a supported Sprint device to your Sprint PHS, or are beyond the coverage area."
So does that mean my Sprint Aircard is not compatible? Or what is the problem? I have gone through the sprint PHS setup several times. Please Help
