Well. Need to get out of a Sprint contract? .... LOL.
 
Interesting house cleaning, they also have recently sent the same letters out to people who roam too much. I understand the economics of the process but the bad P.R. generated might cost more than they save. Guess they have to pay for part of the seven BILLION dollar network upgrades somehow. It does seem like it's a good way to not pay ETF! lol
 
i heard alot of it is there dropping alot of SERO people. I guess getting one of those accounts means you get problems, wrong account wrong phone etc...
 
Really? Because I'm on SERO and I've never had an issue and it will be a year in Noveraber.

I guarantee you that a lot of the people that were dropped were retentions hoppers, calling retentions over and over again until they can get feature X for free, overriding Sprint's policies.
