sprint LG pm225/ bitpim problems

Hi, I recently converted a Verizon LG vx5200 to cricket using bitpim. But I dropped it and broke it into pieces. So I go a Sprint LG pm225 off ebay and when I try to load the prl I get a "brew file locked" exception. Any ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :help:
