Sprint LG Lotus keeps turning off .. now it's frozen at the Lotus screen.?

I've heard of a lot of people having this problem with their Lotus and they all said they just took it into Sprint and had them exchange it.
BUT, I bought mine off of Craigslist and flashed it to Cricket .. can I still exchange it at a Sprint store?
 
That's kind of hard to do, considering you bought it off of Craigslist. You should ask the original seller if he/she still has warranty on the phone or if they can contact the Sprint store for you. But hey, don't be afraid of calling up Sprint customer service or the store and ask them. :)
