Sprint is getting ridiculous?
I found myself with over 1156 kbs of sprint data, when I had done absolutely nothing other than send and receive picture mail and my picture mail is unlimited. I called them and they told me it was not from the picture mail, and then they went in to how some pictures are larger so blah blah and then I just heard so you may receive data charges. This is the SECOND time this is happened and I ended up having to block the internet from my phone. They then tried to sell me the unlimited data plan so I wouldn't have to worry about things like this. Excuse me? I signed up for unlimited picture mail and texting. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PERIOD FOR THIRTY DOLLARS LESS.
I have a spending limit on my account, and they recently began to charge an extra five dollars for all spending limited accounts. It was in feb, but would this be a way to get out of my contract with sprint so I can switch to another carrier? They haven't been charging me with it because I am on auto pay but I no longer trust sprint with auto pay.
This is in law and legal since plans isn't responding and it involves leaving a contract.
