Hi , i have a rumor 2 and its acting weird. Sometimes when i close my keyboard it closes.Also when i press the reply button to a text it shuts off, i have sprint insurance , if i bring it to sprint will i get a new/ refurbished lg rumor 2 or a new phone ? and could i get the rumor touch in i pay an additional amount since its part of the rumor family ? thanks
also if i had a phone with a keyboard would they have to give me a phone with a keyboard, thats really all i care about because i text alot i generate about 16,000 text a month
i also got it about 1 year ago its banged up scratches and dings and stuff but it still works
