When sprint releases the samsung instict on the 15th of june it will be a huge hit.. they have been comparing it to the iphone.. does anyone know if we will be able to hack this phone? i would prefer hack to : (mms and wap) \

flashing is not the problem i can do that ina sinch
 
what would u prefer? the instict of the samsung glyde from verizon... i can hack the mms and wap on the glyde easily..but the instict looksvery attractive
 
well, phonescoop.com would disagree with you one the instinct...they say it sucks!!!

i guess they say it in different worRAB, but the meaning is the same.
 
well I spoke too soon I was able to write the prl after manually putting the phone in modem mode by pressing ##USB#
Now I just need to see what I can Do bout data
 
they both suck they my look good but in the end they are both just phones that you will get tired of and be disapointed in if i was you i would what for the diamond or raphael they are the ones that people are waiting for
 
spc is super simple *simple3 walks out of telephone booth*...lol

just connect with unicdma and it will give you security code...that is spc...

also can get it with cdmaworkshop and many others...lol

i think that will be the least of your probs if you are going to try to get data services along with the other guy...this is a sprint samsung and will be like all sprint samsungs for data...prob not gonna happen.
 
sorry lol its out for sprint... came out the on 16th check phonearena.com

its compared to the iphone its probably one of the sickest phones out.. other than the altell glimmer...

anyone else?? opinons can we fully flash it..
 
i picked up an instinct yesterday and noticed on the box it said this phone has special locks to prevent it being used on another carrier. I tried loading a cricket prl and couldnt because there is no way to put it in diagnostic mode. as soon as a cable is plugged in the phone shuts off and goes into disk mode. also it does not help that sprint will not allow pam on this phone either :(
 
wow they got it locked up tigher than the helio ocean huh ? :( call sprint and get your msl and maybe soon someone will have a crack for it. Sorry to hear that tho man.
