question when i try to do a hard spl on my diamond it keeps giving me a connection error.. on xda developers it says to read this manual file by transferring it to my phone and running it but it wont show up... also once i put a new rom on my phone will it automaticlly fix my partial flash issue of not having the internet and pix message? and how if i have too do i reset mycricket configs? thanks for your help

What exactly are you trying to do? Hard spl? Are you trying to get your spc or are you trying to run an unlocker for custom rom? Not sure I understand you questions. Anyways posted in the right forum you questions might be better answered. MoRAB are good here so im sure theyll move it pretty quick. Kinda annoying though how these pda threaRAB keep popping up in this forum .

running the right unlocker will not fully flash your phone

to help, copy the maual file to device, and start it. it will maunally place your device in bootloader
run the ruu file from the unlocking file you got
this unlocks your device for whatever rom you want to use

i understand its been covered but im new to this and this also is a small website.... if thats the case were do i go to get the info if know one will help me???... ok and so once i do a hard spl.... flash the radio.... install a new rom then will it keep my cricket settings on the phone?? or will i have to put them in? and if so how do i do this... give me a break guys im new to this flashing thing and cant find anyone local that knows how to do it....
