Sprint ETF fees and cancelation
I recently ported all 4 line's numbers from my sprint plan over to Verizon. So there were 4 contracts that have been terminated. I did not get service in the area that I moved too but sprint said I should and the coverage map stated good or "best" where I have moved it. Verizon was the only signal I could get in the area and ended up switching. I reported this to sprint numerous times and went into the store and emailed. so they have this on file.
Is there any way I can get out of the ETF's???I have 2 lines that have 50 dollar fees and the other 2 120 each.... Any advice or storied of ways to get out of fees. I've been a customer for over 5 years now and hoped to finish the contact but I could simply not use the phones in the area for whatever reason. Sprint actually blamed trees for this at one point...my development is mildly wooded but not a forest or anything!
Thanks in advance for your assistance/recommendations!!
