Sprint code 2048 on my kyocera echo?

I have been getting the code 2048 on my sprint kyocera echo.
I pay for my service on time each month, heck sometimes even earlier.

When I googled this code it says:
"Error Code 2048 most commonly indicates that the device cannot acquire network resources. Error 2048 most commonly indicates one of the following situations:

The network is temporarily busy.
The subscription is suspended.
There is an incorrect setting on the network.
Incorrect Device Programming.
To troubleshoot error 2048, perform the following steps:

Wait 20 to 30 minutes, and then attempt to log in to Sprint Network again.
With the phone on, remove the battery from the phone for one to two minutes. Reinsert the battery, and then attempt to log in to Sprint Network again.
Update your Sprint Network profile, and then attempt to log in to Sprint PCS Vision again.
If the previous troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue, call Sprint Technical support at 1-888-211-4727 for further assistance with this error"

Okay so I am having trouble sending texts, it takes 5-10 times before the message sends
I can't make calls and I am having trouble sending texts still.
I can't use the internet. I am so frustrated...
I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions...
