S SugarBear New member Jan 22, 2010 #2 Kilobytes are not minutes, they are data charges. Call the CARE department. If you agree to a price plan change the representative will backdate your rate to the previous month, add a data package and poof...the charges will be gone.

E evilattorney New member Jan 22, 2010 #3 You either pay for data by the use or get a plan. You opted for no plan. You made an unwise choice. You're paying for that now. Sprint may allow you to put a data plan in place retroactively but I wouldn't count on it.
