I recently upgraded my cell phone and had it charged to my account. The man who set up my phone said that I don't have to pay the equipment charge right away and it can carry over month to month til its paid off completely. He said the only thing I need to pay is the actual bill portion for my monthly service. Yet when I called Sprint the other day about my bill the lady had no idea what I was talking about. She did have a heavy accent so maybe she just didn't understand. I was wondering if anyone knew if that was true. If I can just pay the monthly service part of my bill and not the full amount with the equipment charge?
