Sprint A900 - Please Help

I have a a900 i'm trying to flash to cricket, i was able to write the prl using cdma workshop but it still doesnt work. When I try to read the phone with QPST 2.7 i get a error that says "Could not read NV version nuraber from phone" have you ever seen or know how to fix this. Thanks

I think I know what the problem is. I was able to read the phone from with CDMA workshop but when I wrote the nam setting to the phone it changed the imsi to all zeros. It there a way to change the IMSI manually.

P.s. I gave a copy of QXDM but I get a no DIAG response. Plesae Help a brother out...
