Sprint $69.99 Everything plan?

Ok, so my dad's friend from work was talking to him about Sprint/ We have it now but we pay about $145 a month. His friend said he got a $69.99 plan for the whole family and has 3000 minutes, unlimited text, web, gps, etc. Is this a real plan? Could you show me where? I really want web on my phone =/
