I want to spray-paint my new Beach Cruiser to a new color, but I don't want the paint to easily scratch off (For Example: Locking a chain around the frame for safe-keeping was scratching the flat-black paint off my BMX bike). I use Krylon Paint, but what will I need to prevent it from peeling off? "Preciate It!!!
