Spots on leaves of my dracaena (corn palm)?

Some of the leaves on my dracaena (corn palm) have light-colored spots on them (not white, but lighter green than the leaf itself). Not all the leaves have them, and they usually dont cover the whole leaf. Do you know what this could be and how to treat this? Thank you beforehand.
