Is the channel still under More HD Sports? because I do not see it under More HD Sports on Bell's website.

Yes, it is.

They've just got the RDS logo there by mistake instead of the RSN logo.

Notice the blurb says "Even more sports programming in HD including, RSN HD, Rush HD and HDNet. "
