If you took NFL Sunday ticket or US college and football package last year it would be automatically renew this year. If you wish to cancel it you have to call before September 1rst. After that date it is automatically renewed. You can not cancel it until the end of the season.

All clients that suscribed last year should have received a letter giving them the details
 
Thanks for the warning. That's a $189+tax "extra" for the month. I don't think any other Canadian TV provider sneaks up on you like that a year later with a $200 bill if you don't pre-emptively "cancel". Nice customer service.

We advise the client when he calls to add it that it would be automatically renewed each year until they call and let us know they want to remove it.

We also send them a letter long enought before to make sure they hav enought time to find the few minutes to call and cancel it if theydon't want it anymore
 
Is there any plans to compete price wise with the other providers for sports ppv. Both Rogers and StarChoice offer combos for all the PPV sports packages that are a savings of several hundred dollars in some cases.
 
NHL Centre Ice is a calendar year subscription (eg; Dec 1st-Nov 30th), will they start auto renewing as well?
 
I was hoping to see a package on BEV similar to our local cable company (Eastlink) who has Super Sports Pak. $26.95/month for NFL Sunday Ticket, NHL Centre Ice and MLB Extra Innings.
 
NHL CI is auto-renewed as well, or at least it has been the last three years. I believe it is October through April or May, not that it matters as you are on the hook for the full term once you subscribe.

It sure would be nice if Bell at least matched StarChoice's offer of $200 for NHL CI and NFL ST.
 
All the sports packages are auto-renewed each year... I don't see where the will they start comes from, it always was automatically renewed each year...

I will post the NHL deadline as soon as it is posted in our information system...

 
Is there any way to tell by looking at the guide or channels if NFL Sunday Ticket has renewed? I just want to know because I don't want to find out the first Sunday of Football season that my package didn't renew.
