I pulled/strained something in my thigh (I believe I injured the Rectus Femoris tendon). I re-pulled it a week later during another softball game. I have games every sunday until the end of July. I iced them will in batting during last game it helped a little. I am limited to the speed I can run because it hurts so bad. Any sort of fast take off pulls it immediately. Any idea if I pulled, strained, tore the muscle? And is there anything I can do week to week to help it feel better, I will probably injure it every sunday because a week is not long enough to heal. Thanks!
