Hi, I play competitive softball and I'm in the midst of tryouts.
Here's my schedule so its easy for you to understand.
Saturday - Tryouts (1-3) This team came last in the league this year
Sunday- Tryouts (1-3) This team came last in the league this year
Monday- Banquet (Rest day)
Tuesday- Tryouts (630-9) This team came third in the league this year
Wednesday- Private Tryout (630-8) This team came first in the league this year
Thursday- Tryouts (630-9) This team came third in the league this year
Anyway, I have a bad elbow, whenever I throw hard I get a sharp pain all over my general elbow area, and it hurts.
I also stretched my quads a little bit when I was doing base running time trials. But they're not too much of a nuisance.
So, my question is, how do I get my elbow/quads in tip top shape for my private tryout on Wednesday (Not going to Tuesdays tryout is not an option because it's my current teams tryout, and we promised we would be there)
