I recently suffered a complete break of my distal radius (the end of the forearm bone up near the wrist) playing soccer for my school.
I am able to start training in 8 weeks but was told to wear a sports arm/wrist guard for another 4 weeks after that.
It is still in a cast now, but I was wondering where I would be able to purchase such an item??
I would prefer not to buy it online, but rather try it on.. so any shops u know may have these??
