sports cause palputation?

about a month ago i had felt alot of chest pains and weird heart beats and i didnt feel like eating or nothin and i had though i had heart problems cause i really did feel my heart jump and stop and sharp pains and it went away and i bearly started to feel goood so i went to go play bball and while i was playing i felt like my heart beat out of rythem and when i stop now i feel palputations and a lil bit of chest discomfort whyy is thisis it bcuz the heart trying to pump harder and somthing else......i got an echo exam and everything came out nomral
