Ok, am after a decent sports bra, i need one with some really good support. Am a 38f, is it worth going a size or two down to strap them down abit? The one i have at the moment is ok, its a 38e but cant help but think that wearing 2 would be more effective. Gah! Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, especially from girls with a similar bust size.
