Does anyone else agree? Playing sports is fine but watching them IMO, especially professional, is moronic and a waste of time. Its so boring! Why would I wanna watch grown men fight over a ball? Or hit a ball? On top of being stupid and pointless pro sports are partially rigged. Even more annoying than the televised games is the pointless blabber and mumbo jumbo that ensues. I'm talking about all the stupid statistics and replays both on tv and in conversations. Blank has 4.543 of blank statistic, who gives a flying krap! "Real men watch other men play sports". No, real men like watching women or play sports themselves!
Mogollon: agreed. but it probably has more to do with profits than with "bread and circuses" for the sheep. did you know that impoverished areas get sports stadiums built in them when they could have used that money for the area itself?
