I've been overworking myself from sports and developed shin splints. The trainers put ice on my shins after every practice, but every time i take off the ice i see hives breaking out on the area where the ice pack was. It usually lasts for about 1-2 hours and it's getting really annoying since it's really itchy. Is their an alternative to take instead of using ice?
