I have a problem, concerning sports leadership.
1st, I don't get to be a sport leader sometimes. How does a leader rises up from the crowd?
2nd, when I AM a leader (or on a leader-less team, as a simple after-school volleyball game), I tend to try to correct everyone who do things wrong. I try not to, but I believe I sound aggressive. It's just that I can't stand watching a person missing a simple bump in a volleyball game and not doing anything to help him out.
I'm in 11th grade. How to correct people without condemning or criticizing, in sports and academically?
