Sport? Gymnastics? Basketball? Swimming?

I know how you people hate long things so ill try to make as short as possible:
Ages of 3 to 8 I did dance
Ages of 10 to 11 I did swimming but not team, just going to the pool everyday and swimmming laps for a couple hours
Age 12 Running to keep in shape
Age 13 really interested in gymnastics but i'm 13 and have no background in it, watching amazing videos of 5s-y-o on youtube isn't making me feel any better.

Meanwhile my dad wants me to basketball and my mom wants me to crew. every other sport my mom will give a different silly excuse each time, and finally will just tell me "your just beating a dead horse!". But now when i want to gymnastics, she says "oh why dont you do swimming?" even though I havent swam in 2 years when the neighborhood pool closed. I tried out for basketball twice and didn't make it because honestly, im no good. For running, im too overweight(slow) to run competively. My mom wont take the time to sign me up for crew which i honestly dont want to do.

That leaves gymnastics..
13 year old 5'3 150lb
enough leg muscle but no arm muscle
but i have a dream

what to do....?
