Hi. Ok, so I've been driving and professionally racing cars my whole life. Responsibility and "rules of the road" come as second nature. My problem, and question is this: I am moving off to college soon and car insurance is killing me, and the fact that my car has 205k miles doesnt help much either. So I am considering selling the car and buying a sportike, like a cbr 600, r6, etc. and having that as my only vehicle. My housing is 5 minutes from campus and everything i need in life would be ten minutes from my home at the most. How much does it suck having a bike as your only vehicle, i mean Florida summers, and rain can't be fun, but I really can't afford to keep driving a car around. Any thoughts?
