hi im 31 yrs old and have had an mri lumbar.
findings are
minimal grade 1 spondylolisthesis at l5/s1{1mm}
at this level there is a small cental focal disc protrusion with annular tear causing minimal thecal sac effacement,with borderline right exit foraminal narrowing.
there is also mild posterior disc protusion at l4/5 causinng minimal thecal effacement and negligible left articular recess narrowing with mild ligamentum flavum and facet joint hypertrophy.
there is borderline/minimal left exit forminal narrowing.
comment;there are mild posterior disc protusions at l4-s1 levels,no evidence os significant spinal canal stenosis,minimal left articular recess narrowing at l4/5
couls someone please explain in english drz havent told me much about it
