SPONDYLOIS from c3-4 toc6-7

help me please dont understand my mri reading it states SPONDYLOIS from c3-4 toc6-7 most severe at c5-6 there is no significant canal narrowing however there is some NEURAL FORAMINAL NARROWING BILATERALLY left greater in right all my pain is on the left side it also states that mild lobular prominence of the nasopharyngeal soft tissues likely due to LYMPHOID HYPERTROPHY CAN ANY ONE TELL ME WHAT THIS MEANS
