I am 79 and have had spinal stenosis for many years - treatment: chiropractic, acupuncture, spinal injections, physical therapy.
I do not envision surgery for me.
I was diagnosed with spondolythesis a few months ago. I do exercises when there is not much pain and try to walk as much as possible. Any suggestions re: further treatment?
