splinter cell double agent graphics problem?

hi there.... I have an Nvidia Gforce 9600 gso and Im trying to play SCDA.... I used to play it without problems but now even when I update my graphics driver double agent says it is outdated and when I am in game, fisher turns into a figure of flickering blue and green pixlels under most lighting conditions.

what can I do? like I said it used to work fine
