So this is the first time i have ever breed budgies, i have hand-reared other bird species e.g magpies, Rosella's.
The problem i have at the moment is that one of my budgies keeps throwing out all the saw shavings (it is the budgies first time breeding), which has resulted in the baby budgies getting Splayed Legs.
Now it is in the very early stages, but the problem i am have is that i'm not shore if i should try splinting their legs or move them to a better nest box (which is inside, so i can keep a better eye on them).
I'm just worried that if i move them to a "new home" she mite reject them, i do see this as the better option though.
Please help your input would me alot!
