The community manager has been chatting with just a few regular users. It's not even on Yahoo! chat. They share information about other users.
Not even the leaderboard users have that kind of direct access to staff.
Shouldn't all users have the same access to report abuse? Is it right for staff to discuss private details with regular users? Is it a good idea?
