Well being that you require a serious answer I must muster up all my whit and try and come up with something reasonably serious. OK, if god created us in his image than it stands to reason that he must out of necesity have an ass like our own for the function of defacation. Now as far as what he reads thats a tough one. He is all knowing so whatever he reads he already knows so it kind of defeats the purpose. Also consider this, according to your question its safe to assume god takes craps, so now Im wondering what does he eat? Franks and beans? Maybe hes still eating lamb. I wonder.

God is a spirit with no body. God doesn't eat or drink.
does that mean he poops like the rest of us? And what do you think god reads when he is sitting on the "throne"?? Are the comets and meteors really just petrified heavenly poop? Serious answers only please...
