Just a note for concerned goyim: The term 'goyim' is not a negative term or a slur. It merely means 'nations' and applies to those who are not Jewish. I do not know what would be 'racial' about it, since Jews are not a race.

Of course, goyim who are well versed on the Great Latke Hamentash Debate would be knowledgeable enough to know this...I apologize if my supplying this info is an insult your intelligence.
 
I have to go with Latkes cooked nice and crispy! Sure its unhealthy, but its eight nights. try them with a bit of cinammon and sugar- a really nice combination.

When it comes to Homentashen- definitely has to be mon (poppy seeds) in the middle. Apple is ok, cheese generally too bland. But I prefer latkes to homentashen!

There- let the great mitnageid vs chassidim debate rage as the representative of the misnagdim I stand firmly against Zvi's support of homentashen! LOL
