spine decompression

i have some buldging problems with my t3 t4 and si, and i dont really want to go through back sugery..
so, i seen my chiropractor today, and discused spine decomression..
does this truely work?
has anyone went through this?
just asking...

Before you have any chiropractic care be sure to have an MRI and get a consultation with an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon and/or Neurosurgeon. When discs are involved you don't want to have chiropractic care until you know it's a safe option.
 
i have had an mri..
i do plan to see my neurolllllllogist before anything, to see what plan of action can be done other than surgery..

Keep in mind that neurosugeons and orthopedic spine surgeons also work with non-surgical treatments. Once my neurologist found there to be cervical problems he immediately referred me to a neurosurgeon so I could get more information on all treatment options.
 
i agree,
i want to see my neurologist, and see what kind of treatments can be done,before any kind of surgery!
