I would like help understanding my MRI. I'll try not to be too lengthy.
there is a rotoscoliotic curvature of the luraber spine. Disc water loss is present thrughout lurabar spine. Somewhat linear marrow edema within lL2 and L3 vertebral bodies. Facet arthropathy at L3-4 with concentric disc bulge that extenRAB more prominently th the right. Canal is mildly stenotic and mild to mod right neuroforaminal narrowing.
At L4-5 there is more severe facet asthropathy on the right and concentric disc bulge. Changes moderately narrow the right neuroforamen. Severe facet arthropathy present at L5-S1, worse on right without significant canal or neuroforaminal stenosis. I would appreciate any suggestions.
